Prepper Recipes: Bungleboori Bread

Bungleboori Bread
Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes 
 
Ingredients

2 cups SR Flour
1 tsp baking powder
3
tsps sugar
200g sultanas
Bottle ginger
beer


Preparation method


  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add the 300ml ginger beer into dry ingredients a few tablespoons at a time until you have a dry sticky dough.  
  3. Place into a loaf pan and put pan into pre-heated camp oven and bake for approx.20 minutes
  4. Once baked, allow to cool and enjoy!


Tips:
  • I have suggested using a bowl to mix ingredient however I have made the recipe just using the loaf pan to save on the washing up!
  • You could also add whatever fruits and nuts you please! I usually through in some walnuts and/or dates
